Zeit, zu handeln! Wir laufen für die eingeschlossene Zivilbevölkerung in Syrien, über 3000km, die Flüchtlingsroute rückwärts über 4 Monate hinweg, überparteilich und politisch unabhängig. Wir stellen uns dem, was in Aleppo passiert ist und was immer noch vielen anderen belagerten Städten Syriens passiert, entgegen, und fordern menschliche Lösungen für die Bevölkerung in diesen Gebieten, und dass diese Nahrung und medizinische Versorgung bekommen.
Auf der Bühne sind Teilnehmer und Organisatoren des Bürgermarsches für Aleppo, die Erfahrungen unseres bisherigen Wegs durch Brandenburg, ihre Motivation und Vision teilen werden. Um 19.00 Uhr spielt die „Banda Internationale“ / Banda Comunale, eine Band von Alt- und Neu-Dresdnern, viele von ihnen auch aus Syrien. Ihre heiße Blasmusik wird uns aufwärmen – und dann werden wir noch lauter rufen: Wir sind viele und wollen Frieden für Syrien!

It’s time to act. We walk for the besieged civilian population in Syria, over 3000km, the “refugee route” backwards over 4 months, we are nonpartisan and politically independent. We stand against what was happening in Aleppo and is still happening in other cities and demand humanitarian solutions for the people in the besieged areas of Syria, so that they can get food and medical supplies.

On stage will be the participants and organizers of the Civil March for Aleppo, sharing their experiences, motivation and vision. At 7pm, the hot brass sounds of the “Banda Internationale”, a band consisting of old and newly arrived Dresdeners including Syrian refugees, will warm us up. And we will say even louder: We are many – and we want peace for Syria!
